The Young Adult Cultivation Cohort is a structured education and workforce development program focused on sustainable agriculture, controlled environment cultivation, horticulture basics, safety standards, and agribusiness fundamentals. This program is designed to build employable skills, discipline, and real-world readiness.
The cohort may include hands-on learning modules, mentorship, professional conduct training, and internship-style project work—always within lawful and compliant programming guidelines.
